Maple Blush Cheese Ball

1 3oz package cream cheese, softened

2 cups shredded Cheddar Cheese

1/2 cup dried cranberries

2 tablespoons port or red wine

1/4 cup maple syrup

1/2 cup chopped pecans

In mixer, using paddle, mix all ingredients except pecans. Clean sides of bowl several times to get it mixed well. Refrigerate AT LEAST one hour. Shape into a ball and roll in pecans. Serve with a cracker assortment.
