This is very nice to have on hand when you know the next few weeks or months are going to be busy. Multiply as much as you want and use a variety of ground meats including, beef, turkey and pork for nice flavor.
1 pound ground beef
1/2 cup onion, chopped
1/2 cup celery, chopped
1/4 cup green pepper, chopped
In skillet, cook ground beef with vegetables until meat is browned and vegetables are tender. Drain fat; cool and freeze in heaping 2 cup portions in plastic containers or bags. One container equals 1 pound ground beef. Multiply this recipe in any amount and with a variety of ground meats.
