Mom's Fluffy Meatloaf

This was my Mom's meatloaf recipe. The particular difference in this one that's nice is using the fresh bread instead of bread crumbs. The chunks of bread are nice.

1 pound ground beef

1/2 pound ground pork

2 cups bread, cubed

1 cup milk

1 egg

4 tablespoons minced onion

2 teaspoons salt

1/4 teaspoon dry mustard

1/4 teaspoon pepper

1/8 teaspoon sage

3 tablespoons ketchup

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Mix all ingredients thoroughly.  Pack into a greased loaf pan.  Spread ketchup over top.  Bake for 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 hours, until no longer pink.
