Hot Spiced Cider
I make this, strain out the spices and then put it back into the original bottle and store in the fridge, ready to be heated when you want a cup. SO good on a cold winter night!!!
1/2 gallon apple juice or cider
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 teaspoons whole allspice
1 1/2 teaspoons whole cloves
3 cinnamon sticks
Mix together and boil for 10 minutes. Strain. Serve with cherries and orange slices. Can be refrigerated for future use.
