One Pan Pork Chop Dinner

4 pork chops

1 can peas, drained, save juice

4 potatoes, peeled and sliced

4 carrots, sliced

1 can Healthy Request Tomato Soup

Season to taste, salt, pepper, garlic salt, or favorite seasoning

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Layer in 2 quart casserole, or medium sized flat baking dish; peas, carrots and potatoes.  Mix tomato soup and juice from peas.  Pour 3/4 over vegetables.  Layer pork chops on vegetables and pour rest of soup mixture on top.  Cover with foil and bake 1/2 hour.  Uncover and bake 1 1/2 hours more.  Can be prepared the day before and refrigerated.  Makes 4 servings.
