5 cups slices potatoes
2 cups ham
1 can 98 % fat free cream of mushroom soup
1/4 cup skim milk
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/4 green pepper, chopped
1/2 teaspoon salt
Dash pepper
1/4 cup butter or margarine
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place potatoes and ham in 2 quart casserole. Combine soup, milk, onion, green pepper, salt and pepper and pour over potatoes and ham. Mix carefully. Dot top with butter or margarine and bake covered for 1 hour. Remove cover and bake 45 minutes longer, or until potatoes are soft. Makes 5 servings.
