Deluxe Potato Ham Bake

1 can 98% fat free cream of chicken soup

1/2 cup reduced fat sour cream

3/4 cup co-Jack cheese, shredded

1/2 medium onion, chopped

1 cup fully cooked lean ham, chopped

16 ounces frozen Southern-style hash brown potatoes, thawed

1/2 cup crushed cornflakes

1/2 tablespoon margarine, melted

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In large bowl, combine first four ingredients; mix well. Stir in ham and potatoes. Spread into a 13 X 9 inch baking pan coated with nonstick spray. Combine cornflakes and margarine; sprinkle over casserole. Bake, uncovered for 1 hour or until potatoes are tender. Makes 6 servings.
