Cola Beef Roast

I've been making this favorite "forever'!!!

1 (3 to 4 pound) beef roast (any kind)

1 1/2 cups ketchup

1 can cola

Place roast in crock pot. Pour ketchup over meat and then cola. Cover and cook on high 4 to 4 1/2 hours, or low 6 to 8 hours.
