1 pound sweet Italian sausage
3 to 4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves, cooked and cubed
1 cup green pepper, chopped
2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
2 (4 ounce) cans mushroom stems and pieces, drained (optional)
2 jars favorite spaghetti sauce
Hot cooked pasta
Bake sausage in 350 degree oven for about 20 to 30 minutes. Cool and slice. Place all ingredients except pasta in slow cooker. Mix. Cover and cook on low for 6 hours. Serve over pasta.
