2 pounds round steak
2 green/red sweet peppers, sliced
1 medium onion, sliced
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup salsa
2 tablespoons flour
1 teaspoon dry mustard
Trim fat from steak and cut into 6 serving sized pieces. Put in slow cooker with onion and peppers. In medium sized bowl mix soup, salsa, flour and mustard. Add to crock pot and mix a little. Cook on low 9 to 10 hours or high 4 1/2 to 5 hours.
