Pineapple Souffle'

1 stick butter or margarine, softened

1 1/2 cups sugar

3 eggs

1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple, undrained

1/2 cup skim milk

1 teaspoon vanilla

8 slices white bread, cubed

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cream butter and sugar with mixer. Beat in eggs. By had stir in pineapple, milk and vanilla. Gently mix in bread. Pour into a greased 1 1/2 quart casserole dish. Bake for 1 hour.
