Kitchen Pepper

New to me, but very old recipe I discovered watching a show on 1800's cooking. It got me with the cinnamon. I love spices that are both sweet and savory and this one has just a little bite. I looked up a bunch of online recipes, most are actually from the 1800's cookbooks, and came up with this combo of my own. Feel free to adjust to your tastes!!!

1 tablespoon black pepper

1 tablespoon white pepper

1 tablespoon cinnamon

1/2 tablespoon salt

1 teaspoon ginger

1 teaspoon nutmeg

1/2 teaspoon allspice

1/2 teaspoon cloves

1 teaspoon ground garlic

Mix and store in small canning jar or airtight spice jar.
