This is delicious!!! The jam has a nice slightly rosey color and the bits of marschino cherries really make it look festive.
3 cups pears, chopped
1/2 cup crushed pineapple, drained
1/4 cup marschino cherries, chopped
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/3 cup orange juice
1 box Sure-Jell
5 cups sugar
Put pears, pineapple, cherries, orange juice, and lemon juice and Sure-Jell in pan. Stir and cook to full rolling boil for 1 minute. Add sugar and stir and boil 1 more full minute. Put in jars and seal.
