Grandma M's Jello Mold with Frozen Strawberries & Sour Cream

2 pkg. cherry jello

1 c. hot water

16 oz pkg frozen strawberries

1 no. 2 1/4 can crushed pineapple

1 carton sour cream

Dissolve jello in hot water. Add fruit. Pour 1/2 mixture into mold. Refrigerate until set. Spread with sour cream. Top with remaining jello and refrigerate until set.
