This dish is so easy to prepare and so versatile and delicious that it is the recipe of choice for breakfast when we have company. This one is also in my Becky's Cookbook collection.
12 slices bacon, fried
6 slices pasteurized processed cheese
8 eggs, beaten
1 c. milk
Cut cheese slices into halves and arrange in bottom of lightly buttered 9-inch pie pan. Beat eggs and milk together with fork. Add chopped bacon and pour over cheese. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
