Aunt Joyce's Breakfast Souffle'

This recipe is from our family cookbook.

1 lb. bacon, fried, drained & broken into pieces or cubed ham or sausage, fried & crumbled

9 eggs

1 tsp. salt

3 slices fresh bread, cubed

3 c. milk

1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard

1 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated

Mix all ingredients together. Put in a greased 9X13 inch pan. Refrigerate overnight. Bake, uncovered 1 hour at 350°.
