Aunt Joyce's Supreme Coffee Cake

1 pkg. yellow cake mix

3/4 c. oil

4 eggs

1 tsp. vanilla

1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding

3/4 c. cold water

1 tsp. soft margarine

Mix all ingredients together. Beat at medium speed for 8 minutes.

FILLING:

1/4 c. sugar

1/4 c. nuts

1/4 c. coconut

1 tsp. cinnamon

Mix these 4 ingredients together, then grease an angel food pan very well. Put in 1/3 of the dough, 1/3 of the filling, then dough, then filling then dough until used; top with filling. Bake at 350° for 55 to 60 minutes.
