This recipe is scribbled on the same writing paper as Chocolate Mocha Cake. Aunt Evvy, my husbands aunt, sent me this paper in 2005 and wrote on the bottom, "This looks like my own writing!" Aunt Evvy 5/16/05 Since she was 90 at the time, this recipe must have been written quite a while ago since she even questioned her own writing!!!
1/2 cup Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk
2 cups shredded coconut
1 teaspoon vanilla
Mix & drop by spoonfuls on well buttered pan. Bake in moderate oven (350°) 10 minutes, or until a delicate brown.
