Anyone growing up in the 70's is familiar with this drink, well, at least those of us in the "drinking" state of Wisconsin!!! I found this recipe typed in my mother-in-laws loose leaf folder.
1 pkg. orange cake mix
1/2 cup oil
1 pkg. vanilla pudding instant
1/4 cup liquor (Galiano Neopolitan-Florentino)
1/4 cup Vodka
1/4 cup orange juice
1/4 cup water
4 eggs
Put all ingredients in mixing bowl and beat 2 min. Bake 350 oven 45-55 min. in gr. & fl. tube or bundt pan.
Glaze:
2 tsp. Galiano liquor; 2 tsp. vodka; 2 tsp. orange juice
1 cup powdered sugar
Mix and beat until smooth. Poke holes in hot cake & pour on glazed topping.
