Mrs. Leverenz was my father's bosses wife. My mom got this recipe from her and we made these tarts many many times. The recipe calls for blueberries and cherries, but I think we used canned pie filling. My favorite were definitely the ones with fudge filling!!!
1 1/2 cup flour
2 T. powder sugar
2/3 cup butter
cut in like pie
Add
2 T. cold water
1 egg yolk
Mix like pie, roll and cut, pick and bake at 375° 5 to 7 min. Fill with
Hershey's Fudge chilled
Blueberries
Cherries
Whipped cream
