This I found in my Mom's recipe box. Mary was our neighbor and a wonderful family friend when I was growing up.
9" pastry shell
Mix 3/4 c. sugar
2 T. flour
1/4 t. nutmeg
1 c. sour cream
Fold in: 4 c. sl. peeled peaches, 2 lb. Pour into pastry shell. Bake hot oven 425° 30 min. or til filling is bubbly & pastry golden brown.
