This was from my step-mother for our Family Cookbook.
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. Bisquick
2 T. margarine or butter
1 can evaporated milk
2 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1 (16oz) can pumpkin
2 1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
Heat oven to 350°. Grease pie plate. Beat all ingredients until smooth, 1 minute in blender on high, or 2 minutes with hand beater. Pour into pie plate. Bake until knife inserted in center comes out clean, 50-55 minutes.
