Growing up in Wisconsin, no family would be complete without their beer batter recipe, this is my Grandma's.
2 slightly-beaten eggs
1 T. seasoning salt
1/2 btl. or can beer
Flour, to thicken
Roll fish in batter and fry. Cut in half for small portions.
