Always a popular dish, I have made this often for family gatherings. It is also a part of the Becky's Cookbook Collection.
1/2 lb. bacon, diced & fried + 2 T. fat
1 can green lima beans, drained
1 can pork & beans with juice
1 can butter beans with bacon & molasses & juice
SAUCE:
1/2 c. ketchup
1/4 tsp. cider vinegar
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
3/4 c. brown sugar
2 med. chopped onions
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
Simmer 20 minutes. Add to beans and bacon. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
