This delicious recipe was submitted to the Family Cookbook by my grandma and I also have it as part of my regular Becky's Cookbook collection.
5 to 6 potatoes, sliced
2 lg. onions
3 T. butter
1/2 c. hot water
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 chicken bouillion cubes
Bake. Just before done, add 1/4 cup shredded cheese and bake a few more minutes.
