Aunt Joyce's Chili

I have had this at my Aunt's house many times. A delicious recipe and she did always serve it with shredded cheese and sour cream.

2 lb. hamburger

1 can kidney beans

1 c. celery, diced

1 c. onion, diced

1 qt. tomatoes

1 c. tomato juice

2 T. chili powder

1 to 1 1/2 c. macaroni

Salt & pepper

Brown hamburger. Drain well. Add onion and celery to hamburger. Cook in microwave until tender; heat all remaining ingredients in soup kettle. Add hamburger. Simmer about 1 hour. Cook macaroni and add to chili right before serving.

Garnishes: Serve with grated cheese and sour cream.
