Guilt Free Potato Wedges

 

4 large potatoes

1/2 cup Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon basil

1 teaspoon seasoned salt

1/4 teaspoon onion powder

1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

Pepper

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Wash and scrub potatoes.  Cut into quarters.  Mix together the rest of ingredients on a large plate.  Press mixture into wedges, covering well.  Place on a cookie sheet sprayed with Pam or oil.  Bake for 30 minutes, turn and bake 30 minutes more.
