Lefse

Prepare---3 cups RICED BOILED russet potatoes

Add---1/4 cup butter, 1 teaspoon salt

Mix well and chill OVERNIGHT

Add---1 cup flour

Form into balls, approximately 1/4 cup each and chill OVERNIGHT.  Take out one ball at a time, roll in flour, drip to get most flour off, flatten a little with hands.  Use a rolling pin with a cover and roll until VERY thin on a well floured pastry cloth.  You should be able to slightly see the writing of the pastry cloth and it should be about 12 inches around.  Cook approximately 1 minute per side on a 450 degree preheated lefse grill.  Should have lightly browned spots.  Makes about 10.
