1-3 pound fully cooked ham, can use canned
20 whole cloves
1/2 cup apricot preserves
2 teaspoons ground mustard
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Score the surface of the ham with shallow diamond shaped cuts. Insert cloves in cuts. Combine preserves and mustard; spread over ham. Pat brown sugar over apricot mixture. Place ham in roasting pan and bake about 1 hour, until heated through and meat thermometer reads 140 degrees.
