Maple Glaze

 

1 ham

Whole cloves

1 cup maple syrup

1 cup orange marmalade

1 tablespoon butter or margarine

Preheat oven according to ham recipe directions, usually 325 to 350 degrees. Score ham and stick in whole cloves several inches apart over ham. Cook ham as directed on package. Mix glaze and brush ham with glaze during last half hour of cooking. Serve extra sauce with ham slices. Also good on chicken or pork tenderloin. Makes 2 cups glaze.
