Oven Fried Pecan Chicken

1/2 cup milk

1/4 pound butter or margarine

1 egg

1 cup flour

2 tablespoons chopped pecans

1 teaspoon baking powder

1 teaspoon salt

2 tablespoons sesame seeds

4 chicken breasts

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.  Melt the butter in a flat pan.  Mix flour, pecans, baking powder, salt and sesame seeds.  Make a batter of the egg, beaten well and the milk.  Take chicken breasts and dip first in batter, then into flour mixture; coating well.  Swish in melted butter or margarine.  Place on baking pan and bake 30 minutes.  Turn chicken over and cook until tender and brown about 20 to 30 minutes more.
