Frozen lobster tails
Preheat oven to 500 degrees. Let lobster soak in cold salt water for 1 hour. Take the lobster out and cut the shell down the middle and lift the meat out, leaving back attached. Lay over the shell. Brush the meat with melted butter and sprinkle with paprika. Lay on a cookie sheet. Cover with foil and bake for 10 minutes. Take out of oven, remove foil and bake another 10 minutes or until white and flaky. Make sure there is a little water on the bottom of the pan. Serve with melted butter.
