Broiled Orange Salmon
1 pound salmon fillets
2 tablespoons orange marmalade
2 teaspoons mustard seed
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper sauce
Preheat oven to boil. Spray broiler pan rack with cooking spray. Place salmon, skin side down, on rack in broiler pan. Broil with tops 4 inches from heat for 10 to 15 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork. Meanwhile, in small bowl, mix remaining ingredients. Spread on salmon during the last 5 minutes of broiling. Makes 4 servings.
