2 eggs
1 (11 ounce) can creamed corn
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup vegetable oil
2 tablespoons white sugar
1/4 teaspoon minced garlic
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 cup onions, chopped
2 cups yellow squash, sliced
1/2 cup Bisquik
Preheat over to 350 degrees. Grease 9X9 inch baking pan. Whisk eggs in large bowl. Stir in remaining ingredients. Pour into pan and bake for 30 to 40 minutes until bubbly and lightly browned.
