This is a recipe from one of my aunts. A must for any special family event.
Bulk white chocolate or colored chocolate pieces
Oil of mint or peppermint
Pastel food coloring
Put bulk chocolate in a microwave dish and heat at 50% power for 1 1/2 minutes. Stir and put back in microwave still at 50% power for another minute. If making a large amount, may have to do this a little extra. Remove from microwave and add a couple drops of mint flavoring and a few drops of food coloring. Stir until smooth. Spoon chocolate into candy molds and put in freezer for about 5 minutes. Repeat until all the chocolate is gone.
