Vegetable Soup

3 beef bouillon cubes

2 chicken bouillon cubes

10 cups water

1 cup tomatoes

1 small can tomato sauce

Dehydrated onion flakes, to taste

1/2 to 1 head cabbage

Non-starchy vegetables, cut up

Seasonings

In large pot, mix, bouillon cubes, water, tomatoes, tomato sauce and onion flakes.  Add vegetables and cabbage.  Season with your choice and amount of oregano, chili powder, garlic salt, basil, cumin, pepper or any other favorite spices or combination.  Boil until vegetables are tender.  Keep in refrigerator or freeze in serving size portions.  Leftover meat can be added for a low calorie meal.
