Golden Corn Pudding

2 cups frozen whole kernel corn, thawed

1 tablespoon margarine or butter

1 teaspoon sugar

1 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon pepper

2 eggs, beaten

1 cup milk

1 tablespoon cracker crumbs

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Grease a 1 quart baking dish.  Mix all ingredients together thoroughly.  Pour into baking dish.  Set baking dish in a pan of hot water one inch deep.  Bake about 60 minutes, or until a knife inserted one inch from the edge comes out clean.
