Having lived in the South for several years in our early marriage, I can honestly say I love the North. Of course, I'm sure that's because it's "home" and where I grew up, but I also love the 4 seasons and winter is one of my favorites. It's a great time to quilt, read and curl up with a hot drink while you watch the snow fall. Those gorgeous huge flakes are my favorite.
