Shredded Beef-Kathy

8 pounds round steak

2 bottles beer

5 to 6 chili peppers (Vlasic)

1 tablespoon dill seed

5 to 6 onions, diced

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon pepper

1/2 cup dry wine

Cut up round steak into small pieces. Brown meat on both sides. Combine meat and above ingredients in crock pot. Cook at 250 to 300 degrees for 4 to 5 hours, or until meat falls apart. Remove meat from juice. Remove any fat, also chili peppers. Put meat back into juice and serve on rolls.
