Apple Butter Nut Bread-Millie

3 1/2 cups whole wheat flour

2 1/2 teaspoons nutmeg

2/3 cup sugar

2 eggs

1 1/2 cups apple butter

2 1/4 cups milk*

2 teaspoons baking soda

2 teaspoons cinnamon

1/3 cup vegetable oil

1 cup raisins

1 cup pecans, chopped

*This amount may need to be adjusted according to the apple butter's thickness. Sift together flour, baking soda, nutmeg and cinnamon. Cream oil, eggs and sugar. Add apple butter, raisins and nuts to the mixture. Then add the dry ingredients and milk. Mix thoroughly. Pour into 2 greased 5X9 inch loaf pans. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour, or until done.
